What can I return?

Any Amazon return with a QR code, any of the 1,000+ brands in the Happy Returns network, and any retailer that emails you a prepaid return shipping label — any carrier. Returns only; Dropsy isn't a general shipping service.

Is there a size limit?

Anything that fits in the Dropsy bin (about 24 × 20 × 13 inches — carry-on size) and weighs under 50 lb, like a checked bag. Doesn't fit? Set it right next to the bin with your drop code on it. Mattresses, furniture, large appliances, and bikes aren't supported — use your retailer's home pickup for those.

What if my item doesn't fit?

Set it right next to the Dropsy bin with your drop code sticker on it (under 50 lb, no side over 4 ft). Some buildings use a different spot — text "will it fit?" to the Dropsy number for yours.

Do I need a box or printer?

No. Send a screenshot of the label or QR code and a photo of the item — we print the label, box unboxed items, and ship it back. Just tag your item with the drop code and drop it in.
